Meet Jay Flynn - Partner

Jay Flynn’s sincere compassion for people is evident from the moment you meet him. For 26 years, Jay has successfully represented injured people in the Tri-Cities area, and he has won many successful verdicts and settlements for his clients. His efforts on behalf of those clients were acknowledged when, in 2000, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association recognized him as the Trial Attorney of the Year for the State of Washington. In the eighteen years that the Award has been given, Jay is the only attorney from Southeastern Washington to receive it, and one of only four attorneys in all of Eastern Washington to ever be so honored.

Jay was selected as a Washington “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law and Politics Magazine in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. The “Super Lawyer” designation is based on a survey of approximately 16,000 active lawyers from across the state of Washington. Only the top five percent of Washington attorneys are chosen by their peers as “Super Lawyers”.

In addition to his busy case load, Jay has presented at numerous Washington State continuing legal education seminars on the topic of trials and currently serves on the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors.
